Unicorn Granola Breakfast Parfait

Plastic Parfait cups 5-ounce size.
white chocolate, unicorn horn mold, gold edible marker
pink, purple, blue food coloring
sprinkles and unicorn horn.
Make stabilized whipping cream (

Place it in a pastry bag with a large star tip attached. Make the unicorn horns out of white chocolate, using the
unicorn horn mold
. Color them with a gold or yellow
edible ink pen
Split the yogurt between 3 bowls and add 2 drops of food coloring to each bowl and stir in. Color the yogurt pink, blue, and purple.
Use a plastic
5-ounce dessert parfait
cup. Draw the eyes on the cup with a black marker.
Layer the yogurt alternating with the granola.

Use a different color for each layer of yogurt. Start and end with the yogurt.
Top with a swirl of stabilized whipped cream, Add sprinkles, a unicorn horn, and the ears.
To make the ears cut a mini marshmallow diagonally.
The parfaits can be made several hours before serving. The granola will soften and not be as crunchy. Kids may prefer it softer.
