Yogurt Strawberry Unicorn Popsicles
These popsicles are healty, yummy, an super easy to make. The Kiddo's love eating this refreshing treat all year round.
Servings: 8 popsicles
- 1 cup Vanilla greek yogurt
- 1 cup Fresh strawberry puree
- Unicorn Sprinkles (optional)
- Simple syrup (optional) not needed if your strawberries are fully ripe
Remove the stems from the strawberries and rinse them.
Blend in a blender until they are the consistency of chunky puree.
Fill the Unicorn Popsicle mold by alternating small amounts of yogurt and strawberries to the molds. Use the popsicle stick to lightly swirl the yogurt and strawberries together.
Insert the popsicle stick into the mold and freeze for at least 5 hours. Preferably overnight.
Unmold and eat immediately.
This mold only makes two unicorns. The recipe is enough for 6 to 8 Popsicles. So I recommend purchasing 3 or 4 molds.
