  • Unicorn popsicle molds

  • 1 cup Vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Fresh strawberry puree
  • Unicorn Sprinkles (optional)
  • Simple syrup (optional) not needed if your strawberries are fully ripe

  • Remove the stems from the strawberries and rinse them.
  • Blend in a blender until they are the consistency of chunky puree.
  • Add some optional Unicorn sprinkles to the Unicorn popsicle mold.
  • Fill the Unicorn Popsicle mold by alternating small amounts of yogurt and strawberries to the molds. Use the popsicle stick to lightly swirl the yogurt and strawberries together.
  • Insert the popsicle stick into the mold and freeze for at least 5 hours. Preferably overnight.
  • Unmold and eat immediately.
  • This mold only makes two unicorns. The recipe is enough for 6 to 8 Popsicles. So I recommend purchasing 3 or 4 molds.
