Roasted Brussel Sprouts
These Roasted Brussel Sprouts are both sweet and savory, roasted until they are crispy on the outside and tender inside. Just plain delicious.
- 16 Brussel sprouts
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tsp sesame seeds toasted

Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Remove the outer leaf and bottom of the stem. Cut the Brussel Sprouts in half, quarters if very large sprouts.
Toss the cut and cleaned sprouts with all of the ingredients until coated.
Bake on a sheet pan, turning once, until fork-tender. About 20 minutes
Sprinkle with some toasted sesame seeds and serve immediately
