Roasted Brussel Sprouts

These Roasted Brussel Sprouts are both sweet and savory, roasted until they are crispy on the outside and tender inside. Just plain delicious.

  • 16 Brussel sprouts
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds toasted

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  • Remove the outer leaf and bottom of the stem. Cut the Brussel Sprouts in half, quarters if very large sprouts.
  • Toss the cut and cleaned sprouts with all of the ingredients until coated.
  • Bake on a sheet pan, turning once, until fork-tender. About 20 minutes
  • Sprinkle with some toasted sesame seeds and serve immediately
