Watermelon radishes are a brilliant fuschia on the inside. Unusually mild, heart-shaped slices are big enough to make one lovely and delicious sandwich.

Ingredients

  • ½ baguette lightly toasted 10 inch total length
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 slices watermelon radish 4-inch diameter
  • ½ cup microgreens
  • 1 egg sliced
  • ½ tsp everything bagel seasoning
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Cut the baguette into two 5-inch pieces and butter.
  • Add the microgreens and a radish slice.

  • Season with salt and everything bagel topping.

If you have smaller radishes slice them and use enough to cover the baguette
