Challah Bread French Toast
Challah Bread French Toast is perfect for breakfast. Top it with fresh berries and warm maple syrup for a special occasion or brunch.
- 2 eggs
- 4 slices Challah Bread ((click here) for my N0-KNEAD Challah bread recipe.
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup + more for serving
- 1/2 cup berries fresh
- powdered sugar for decoration
Add the cinnamon, maple syrup, and vanilla to the 2 eggs and whisk to mix
Preheat a frying pan on medium and add a small amount of oil to the bottom of the pan.
Coat the Challah bread by briefly soaking it in the egg mixture.
Fry the egg dipped Challah Bread on medium heat until the egg is set and the outside is a golden brown.
Serve immediately topped with some powdered sugar, fresh fruit, and warm maple syrup
Stuff the french toast by putting peanut butter between the two slices and top with sliced bananas and mini chocolate chip.
Or stuff with softened whipped cream cheese before topping with berries and warm syrup.
